1. Send us a message to booking@touchinmedia.com.au or give us a call at 02 80050068 (portable skype number)
   
2. We confirm the photo shoot (real estate photography, real estate video, floor plans) date and time, then send you a confirmation email.
3. Our photographer and floor planner will arrive at the property at the agreed time
4. We will send you the digital copy of the photos and floor plans within 24 hours
   
5. Once we receive the narratives for the video, we will send you the embed code within 24 hours
